Functions of system D radio communication



  1. Caller radio number ID (PTT-ID)

    VHF UHF Radio Caller radio number ID (PTT-ID)

    Every radio when going on the air (pressing or releasing the PTT button) transmits its own ID that is displayed on the PC of the duty officer and other radios equipped with display.

  2. Sending/receiving of individual/group call

    The duty officer can send either an individual or group call to any radio in the network.

  3. Control of the user  - RadioCheck

    The duty officer can send a check signal to any net radio and, if it is on and within communication range, the automatic confirmation signal will be sent back. If the confirmation is not received, the respective message will be displayed on the PC screen of the duty officer.

  4. Sending/receiving SMS messages

    The duty officer can send an SMS (telephone number, which is to be called or secret/concealed from others order) to the radio equipped with display).

  5. Blocking of stolen/lost radio - Remote Kill

    In case of loss/theft of the radio, the duty officer can send a blocking signal, and when received, the radio equipped with AT module will stop transmitting and receiving. The module can only be restored at the manufacturer.

  6. Monitoring of the controlled radio - Listen

    If needed, the duty officer can send a signal of forced activation to transmission mode and the radio, for a certain period of time, switches to transmission. The operators, working on this channel, can monitor audio environment of the radio under control.

  7. Remote acknowledge/restriction of operation

    If needed, the duty officer can send a restriction signal for transmitting and/or receiving. After completion of restriction time, the acknowledge signal is sent to the radio.

  8. Transmitting/receiving emergency signal  - Emergency

    In case of emergency the radio can send an emergency signal (by pressing the designated button). This signal, as well as the radio ID that sent that signal, is received at the PC of the duty officer and other radios equipped with displays.

  9. Sending/receiving GPS data

    If the radio is fitted with a GPS-receiver, the duty officer can send a request for its geographical coordinates. The location of the radio will be displayed on the electronic map.

    If needed, the duty officer can send a signal activating an automatic GPS-data transmission mode. When received, the radio will, at certain intervals, automatically transmit its coordinates, which are received by the duty officer.

  10. Automatic confirmation of receiving (fulfilling) the call (command)

    Upon receiving of any call or command, the radio will automatically send the confirmation signal, which is received by the duty officer.

  11. Transmitting/receiving the radio activation signal

    When activated, the radio sends a (Radio on) signal, which is received by the duty officer.

  12. Setting of access level to VHF repeater

    The duty officer can send to the repeater, being under control of AT CBR-600R controller, the access level of all users as per PTT-ID, or list).
