VHF Network Management System D



VHF Network management system D is a hardware and software system designed for the control and management of mobile and remote objects in a communication network from a centralised dispatcher.

VHF Network Management system D has been designed for military and policing, law enforcement, rescue and security agencies. Another category of prospective users is transportation organisations dealing with long and short distances of freight transfer.

Dispatcher system D provides a comprehensive solution of tasks in:

  • control and management of mobile objects (users) from a computerised working place of a dispatcher (duty officer)
  • protection of conversations from unauthorised listening
  • differentiation of users access rights to the radio channel
  • determine the position of mobile objects/users on an electronic map within the communication range
  • functional control of fire-fighting and security systems

Components of VHF Network system D

  • remote control capability of mobile and remote objects
  • automates the functioning of the dispatcher (administrator)
  • additional equipment includes S modules, GPS receivers and various sensors
  • repeater with CBR-600R or CBR-700R controller
  • special software for the dispatcher and user

1. Dispatcher (duty officer):

  • PC with dispatcher software DSS
  • Dispatcher radio — mobile radio set
  • CBR-DM controller

Dispatcher software DSS is designed for control and management of mobile objects and is developed for WINDOWS 98/ ME/ NT/ 2000/ XP operating systems.

  • User radio — radio with the user S module
  • GPS receiver (if needed)

VHF UHF Communication for Police

Dispatcher system D makes it possible to:

  • Carry out individual and group conversations in open and secured modes.
  • Monitor status of mobile and remote objects.
  • Ensure efficient control of users by voice communication or by SMS messaging
  • Exercise control and remote management of radios on the network, including deactivation thereof (temporary or permanent).
  • Display on a PC screen the location of mobile and fixed objects.
  • Logging of all radio network traffic.
